1)    PAYMENT METHOD We kindly request that all payments be made in cash preferably in the exact amount if possible upon delivery. We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept card payments or any other online payment methods at the moment for orders via our delivery service.

2)    DELIVERY TIME FRAME & DELIVERY FEE Delivery of orders will be completed using our standard delivery service. Please expect a waiting time up to 48 hours from the order confirmation for the delivery to be fulfilled.

Our order cut-off time is at 11 pm daily. Any orders received after this time will be considered as the next day's order.

3)    ORDER COLLECTION Upon the arrival of our rider, we kindly request that the customer collect the order within 5 minutes as a courtesy to the next customer waiting in the queue.

4)    RESCHEDULING ORDER DELIVERY If the customer needs to reschedule the delivery, please inform our rider at least 3 hours ahead of the scheduled delivery time. Rescheduling is allowed within a maximum of 3 days.

5)    FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring that the customer or someone on his/her behalf is available to receive the order during the agreed-upon delivery time. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances preventing you from collecting the order, please notify the rider at least 3 hours in advance to reschedule the delivery. When our rider arrives at the delivery address at the agreed time and the customer fails to collect the order for unacceptable reason, additional shipping feere-delivery fee maybe required upon return of the rider to the delivery address.

Please note that this fee is implemented to cover the additional costs incurred due to the failed delivery attempt. We strive to provide efficient and timely service, and it is important for us to maintain this standard.

7)    ORDER CANCELLATION It is our company policy to kindly request that customers refrain from cancelling orders for any reason. However, we understand that certain circumstances may arise that necessitate a cancellation. In such cases, please note that a Cancellation Fee of 20QR will be applicable.

We would like to remind you that the terms and conditions, including our order cancellation policy and fee, were clearly outlined and made available for your review on our website's checkout page or shared via WhatsApp prior to confirming order.

In order to ensure the smooth operation of our business and minimize any inconvenience caused, we take order cancellations seriously. Therefore, please be aware that an order cannot be cancelled unless the corresponding cancellation fee, as mentioned above, is paid.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to ignore or restrict a customer on all CSE platforms if we find them to be engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities, or demonstrating irresponsibility. Adhering to the terms and conditions that we have agreed upon is crucial for maintaining a productive and mutually beneficial business relationship.

8)    ORDER MODIFICATION It is crucial to understand that once an order has been placed and confirmed, we kindly request that you refrain from making any modifications such as removing or adding items, changing the delivery address, etc. However, we acknowledge that circumstances may arise where changes are necessary. In such cases, all modifications will be subject to review and approval by our Management. Please note that additional charges, in the form of a 10QR Revision fee, may apply for any approved changes.

Once the order has been shipped, we consider the bill to be final and irrevocable. We kindly request your understanding and adherence to this policy.

9)    RETURN & EXCHANGE Please be advised that our company upholds a strict policy of "NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE" in place to ensure the delivery of hygienic, quality, and safe products. However, exceptions may be made in cases where items are damaged during transit due to the negligence of the assigned delivery personnel.

We want to clarify that if the product's outer box or packaging arrives flattened or scratched, it does not qualify as a defective or damaged product, as long as the main container of the product is in pristine condition & perfectly usable.

To ensure that all claims are processed efficiently, we kindly ask that you inform the rider or reach out to our dedicated CSE customer service team immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, if you notice any damage to the items. Failure to report any damage within this time frame will result in the order being marked as closed and delivered in good condition.

Please be advised that in the event any item is found to be damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement within 2-3 days, subject to availability. Should the damaged item no longer be in stock, a refund in the form of a voucher code will be issued by CSE, which can be utilized for a new order. Refunds can also be made through the original payment method upon customer request. Kindly ensure to present the receipt or proof of purchase for eligibility.

Kindly be informed that during the delivery of the new order, the damaged item will be collected by the delivery personnel.
