TERMS & CONDITIONS

By confirming an order, the customer agrees to these terms. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Qatar law.

Please check the product, quantity, price, contact number, and delivery address before confirming your order. All orders are subject to availability. Delivery orders are payable by cash on delivery unless another payment method is confirmed. Exact payment is appreciated.

2. Delivery

Standard delivery is normally completed within 48 hours after confirmation. Orders received after the 11:00 PM cut-off time will be processed the following day. Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, building access, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Receiving Your Order

Customers must provide a correct address, active mobile number, and location pin. The rider will wait for up to 10 minutes after arrival. If the customer cannot be contacted or is unavailable, the delivery may be marked unsuccessful. Riders are not required to enter private, restricted, unsafe, or illegally parked areas.

4. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Failed Delivery

Please request rescheduling at least 3 hours before delivery. Orders may be cancelled or changed without charge before preparation starts. Once packed or dispatched, actual delivery or preparation costs may apply. A redelivery fee may apply when delivery fails because of customer unavailability, incorrect information, or a late address change. No additional charge will apply when the problem is caused by CSE or the delivery provider.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Visible damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of delivery, with the receipt and clear photos or videos. Defective, expired, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products may qualify for replacement, exchange, or refund after inspection. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, expired, damaged or incorrect. Unopened, sealed products may be exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase. Delivery fees are non-refundable for returns made for reasons other than those stated above.

6. Product Information

Packaging, labels, barcodes, or colors may vary due to manufacturer updates or country of origin. Minor outer-box damage is not considered a defect when the main product is sealed and usable. Customers should review the ingredients and instructions, perform a patch test, and stop use if irritation occurs. Personal dislike of the product’s scent, texture, color, or result does not automatically mean the product is defective.

7. Respectful Service

Customers, staff, and riders must communicate respectfully. CSE may restrict service in cases involving fraud, threats, harassment, abusive behavior, unsafe conduct, or repeated unjustified refusal of confirmed orders.
